She ran for Colorado’s 8th Congressional District as its Hispanic population expounded and the community surpassed previous population thresholds. Rep.Dr. Caraveo arose as the first Hispanic Colorado-elected Latina to hold a seat in Congress who continues to advocate for the rights of medical personnel.

Brenda Moore, a former Paraprofessional, is also a retired member of SEIU local union 517M. Brenda Moore is a prominent figure in Saginaw County, Michigan. She is a lifelong resident of the area and has been involved in many aspects of the community.Moore has also been a leader in the effort to improve the quality of life in Saginaw County, including initiatives to reduce crime and improve public safety. Moore is also a member of the Saginaw County Democratic Party and has been a vocal supporter of the party’s efforts to promote progressive values and policies.
