Mark Brave has been a strong advocate for community policing, and he has worked to build relationships between the police and the community. Setting out as a member of local union 1984, he has implemented programs to help bridge gaps between law enforcement and the community. Working to ensure that all citizens are treated fairly and with respect. He has also worked to ensure that the police department is transparent and accountable to the public.
